Specialized parts: Ser I horncast, Turning front mudguard, Scootrs disc brake, ss tank etc 

Hardest parts: I just say - Indian engine block sucks! And find a decent painter. 

Something to add: Rallymaster flyscreen, cut the rear footboards.
