Engine ; GP 200 (228), bored to 70.6 and ported to suet, 30mm Amal, JL expansion, LI 150 gear box running on 17/47 sprockets, electronic ignition 

Paintwork ; Absolutely scooters , Sheffield, England.  

Inspiration for building scooter ; It was time to restore it again, see bottom photo (3rd time in 8 years). 

Time to build and by whom ; Once I got the body work and new parts back from Absolutely scooters, about three days by me. 

Specialised parts ; Wide rear rims, Butubo rear shock, Kawasaki steering dampers for front shocks, digital Speedo, digital temperature gauge, stainless fasteners.  

Performance ; Genuine 86mph top speed with current gearing, 79mph with GP200 standard gearing, cruising speed 75-80 (it never seizes), best 1/4 mile sprint time ; 17.30 seconds. ( see 100-mph-lambretta.com ). 

Anything to add to the scooter ; Seat, but can't decide what type.
