Engine: Mugello 186 conversion, Dell'Orto 30 ml. carb., JL pipe 

Details: the scooter was bought in september 2001 from kettering parts fair minus the side panels which were purchased from Bedlam scooters they needed a lot of work to get them to look ok i would really like to get a new set but am unable to find any. It was stripped and shot blasted and 2 pack painted by myself in my spare time and tea breaks at work, one of the perks of being a car painter. The tool box door has been panel beated to allow the spare wheel to fit better not sure if you can see that from the photos.The engine was sent to cambridge lambretta workshop to be rebuilt with new gp crank bearings oil seals clutch etc.. also a 175 stage 4 kit was fitted and a 26mil carb and 42mil clibman exhaust. It was finished and on the road by december the 20th and hes been totaly reliable since then bar one oil seal leaking. It now has a 186 mugello kit and 30 mil dellorto and jl exhaust I fitted the kit in April so it has not been on to long but first impresions are great excellent kit goes very well. The scooter is used as often as possible even in the snow to get to work I try not to use it now for work though as it was begin to look a bit tatty.
