Lambretta TV 200 "Cortina"

Scooterclub: Lambretta Club Triveneto. I've also been part of the Vespa Club Vicenza and for them I've realized a web site I've been the webmaster for three years. Riding my scooters I've travelled for about 60 Alpine passes, just this week end I've done the Grossglockner in Austria again on my DL 200, 600 kms. alone. 
  
Scooters: unrestored DL200, unrestored SX 150, tuned Vespa TS 125. I've also had a Vespa GS 160, Vespa mod. 1953, Vespa ET3, Vespa 50 series 1, all sold for buying parts for my Lambrettas and realize a dream; owning a 1967 "Innocenti Mini Traveller" in green!

Scooter Model: TV 175  -1966- 
  
Name: Cortina TV 200. 2002, restored with the help of Lambretta Racing Club in Ponte della Priula, Treviso. Started in 1998, finished in March 2002. 
  
Engine : SX 200, bore 66, stroke 58, Asso piston with TS1 AF rings, 24 mm old style Keihin carburettor, MB manifold filled and machined. GP crank with standard barrel and head tuned ports by Officina Tormena; only inlet port is standardrd. SX 200 gear box, standard clutch with reinforced springs, Hteach chain tensioner. Head cover modified for better cooling, electronic ignition with uprated flywheel amd cover. Corteco seals and SKF bearings. Reinforced silent bloks. Blasted engine casing and polished cover. 
  
Exhaust: Standard actually, soon to be replaced by AF Clubman 42mm. 
  
Disk brake: Original Campagnolo modified for better cooling. Disk blasted and machined, modified plate for idraulic conversion. Poma Brembo from the 70s, MB support,original SCM dampers modified and reversed, "up side down ". Bitubo rear shock absorber with special black paint. Reinforced forks springs. 
  
Colour: Frame reinforced by a plate welded on the back and on the engine mounts. All body parts have been blasted and sprayed by two tone Lechler White and BMW red from 70s models. 
  
Seat: Giuliari, modified for allowing a "Sebring" carrier to be mounted. 
  
Various: Stainlees steel fasteners.
