Misc modifications: Hydraulic front disc conversion, wide rim on rear. Mini Cooper 'S' badges on legshield and panels. When my husband, Ed realised his long-standing dream in 2006 of owning a genuine S Type I just had to own one myself. This scooter, built and spayed from scratch by AF Rayspeed, was my motivation for giving up smoking after more than 20 years. Instead of buying fags I put the money towards the scooter. This, and selling alot of my possessions on ebay allowed me to pay Rayspeed's bill! The scooter made it's rally debut at the Scarborough National Scooter Rally April 2007 along side Ed's - with the two of them glittering in the sun like Christmas baubles! |
